I looked up and don’t get the answer that is clear enough. Last couple of weeks, AVG detected these Trojan Horses Downloader on my computer and now they are in the vault. What do they do to the computer exactly and should I remove them from the vault?

I just downloaded and cleaned my computer with the SmitfraudFix program and it didn’t get rid of the infection. That red circle with the white “X” in it is still there and I have no idea how to get rid of the infection. Please someone help me.
