I went to a website and 5 files were infected and I cannot remove it. I went to housecall where I usually scan my computer and it just boots me off. Anyone know of any reputable online scans?

I already tried Spybot S&D, Ad-Adware SE Personal, SpywareGuard, and smitRem. None worked It has been bothering me for days with the fake windows and alerts, it changed my home page, and the internet opens by itself in Ads or other fake antispyware.
