Best Buy Launching Geek Squad Tech Support – E-Gear
Best Buy is getting ready to launch Geek Squad Tech Support service, in which consumers can purchase a flat fee for service on all of their computers, the retailer confirmed to Consumerist.com.
The service, which will launch March 20, will apply to computer and tech support. It will apply to installations, upgrades and virus/malware removal. It is targeted to consumers and not to businesses.
