Wahlstrom, a professional engineer and professional geoscientist, joined AET in 2002 as a senior environmental/geotechnical engineer. He managed the Duluth office from 2005-08 and successfully merged two Duluth offices into one profit center when AET acquired GME Consultants in 2006. Wahlstrom returned to St. Paul in 2008 to assist that office with his combined geotechnical and environmental engineering expertise for the St. Paul Port Authority’s Beacon Bluff redevelopment of the former 3M campus in east St. Paul.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from University of Minnesota School of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He has more than 30 years of experience in the geotechnical engineering, environmental and hydro-geologic industry.
St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity. Long’s position was funded through a grant awarded to Habitat for Humanity International by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 4 Capacity Building for Community Development and Affordable Housing Program.
Long has a broad background in administration of nonprofit and for-profit organizations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Christian ministries administration from Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minn., and a business administration degree from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. His responsibilities include community relations, developing partnerships with area businesses, churches and nonprofit organizations, as well as volunteer recruitment and coordination.

In addition to its main office in the Northland Medical Center in Duluth, Northland OB-GYN Associates serves patients at six additional locations: Denfeld Medical Center and the Center for American Indian Resources in Duluth; Lakeview Memorial in Two Harbors; Chequamegon Clinic and MainStreet Clinic in Ashland; and Min-No-Aya-Win Human Services Center in Cloquet. Northland OB-GYN Associates has eight physicians and four mid-level practitioners on staff.
