Is Pc Tools Threatfire Capable Of Detecting And Deleting Conficker And Similar Viruses?

I’m pretty sure I have conficker or some similar virus that wont let me access Microsoft or BitDefender, and Threatfire is the only anti-virus program i can download with out the virus keeping me from the website.
