The window was red instead of blue like the picture provided with the intrusctions. It says “press any key to continue” but when i did the window just closes. Please help me. I can’t use my computer properly without getting this fixed. I have also used superantispyware and all those other scans but it doesnt detect it, so i can’t remove it.
