I have the zlob downloader on my machine. Spybot picks it up, I delete it but it is still there. Can any one help me please to get rid of this. Thank you.

need help removing Trojan.vundo.h, i’ve tried using several removal programs but when i reboot its back again. any suggestions?

My Avast antivirus popped up today saying i have A dropper which is also known as a vundo? Its called this ‘Win32:VunDrop [Drp]‘. Ive tryed to delete move, move to chest ect but that doesnt work. Can any1 tell me how to remove it please. A step to step guide would be great if anybody could do that

my sister called me this morning and said that her desktop was all messed up, it had been reset back to the original factory settings when you first buy it, it says preparing desktop, welcome center, default wallpaper etc.
it then said that MRT.EXE had removed a WIN32 TROJAN ZLOB
i then had her do a system restore to get back her personal settings which worked.
i then told her to do a scan with , windows defender and another with mrt.exe ( i know these are not exactly great apps but it is all she has.
HERE ARE MY QUESTIONS……
could doing a system restore reinstall the malware?
and is this the type of spyware that sends info to a hacker?
she has used credit cards and ss number on her pc and i am worried about identity theft.
if it reappears….
COULD PROGRAMS LIKE SPYWARE TERMINATOR OR A SQUARED FREE GET RID OF IT?

I know that you can go into the registry and delete it manually but I need instructions on how to do so safely-please help!!!

Last Sunday night, my computer got hit with a Trojan virus that basically opened the gates of hell for me. I unplugged my DSL line and modem and started asking every computer-savvy person I knew for help. Most of them suggested that I use Full System Recovery to totally reset my computer because they said that was the best and most sure-fired way to get rid of a Trojan virus. I called my sister up to do it for me since I was at work and she said that she restored the computer’s setting to a previous date. She scanned the computer and she said that there was no virus found. I thought we were out of the woods.
Now, I woke up to do my homework but I let my anti-virus/anti-spyware scan the computer first and it found this Trojan-Downloader.Win32.zlob.ldf virus. I was able to delete the file it was in but I have a feeling that it’s still in my computer. Can someone please help me? PLEASE HELP ME!

I got Virusremover2008 thing it gave me a virus. So i reinstalled Windows, I also put my documents into my external F drive before i reinstalled.
Now after I reinstalled again, trojan:win32/vundo.gen pops up with windows defender, WTH the virus is still here.
Is it possible its in my exteral harddrive thing?
wat do i do? help please

Recently i noticed my pc was running slow at start up so i did a malwarebytes scan and found Trojan Vundo H on my pc, i have security but i know these things slip through. Malwarebytes removes it but it comes back again, can anyone tell me how to remove it permanently please
