I clicked on a video to watch and before I knew it, I had security pop ups, my computer shut down, my homepage is taken over and a security toolbar 7.1 has been added to my IE.
I’ve done a virus scan and removed some programs but it still hasn’t taken care of it.
Help?

I’ve tried every free anti-virus/spyware removal software to get rid of it.Spybot S&D finds it but won’t delete it.It says to run a new scan as administrator, but i am already administrator.And apparently this trojan has messed the settings for windows and anti-virus updates,becasue i can’t run any updates.If anyone has experience with this trojan and can help i would much appreciate it,because i don’t know what else to do.
