How Am I Sure Smitfraud-c Is Removed From My Computer?

ok i used spybot and smitfraudfix.exe and i helped a lil bit but i still think smitfraud is on the computer the background that says my computer is infected is gone and the start menu options are back but the antivirus popups keep popping up speciffically antivirus xp and my internet explorer browser is going SLOW!!!
