i have nortons antiviris software installed but it don’t find it.i’m getting critical security alerts, adware pop-ups &my computers slower than normal.
Hi there,
There is one product that will remove this trojan from your machine WITHOUT it coming back. It’s a relatively new piece of security software called Prevx1 and you can download a 28 Day Free Trial from here:http://www.prevx.com
The same is with me too. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried each and every Antivirus but I was unable to delete it.
Stop using the software you downloaded that is associated with it after removal!
this is a trojan and has infected your windows registry,Install”
,Install
,Install
firstly try another spyware program – try spybot search and destroy – this may detect it and delete it
if this doesn’t work you may have to go into the registry
BE CARE FUL A SLIGHT SLIP AND YOU COULD SCREW UP YOUR SYSTEM
CLICK START > RUN > TYPE REGEDIT
LOOK IN

Try the following site. The members and staff will help you thru the proccess.
You will find it almost impossible to get rid of without reformatting. However you can make it ineffective by doing a system restore to a date before it arrived.Find and delete it..then do a system restore. This worked for me.And install a mozilla firewall..all pc’s should have one.
see for this you need a firewall software install in you r computer and that too of the same brand i meant to say that if you got norton antivirus then you should also have norton internet security. every antivirus or antispyware has a list of viruses or spyware against which it can protect your computer. if the list doesn’t contain the name of that virus it won’t stop that virus from coming into your computer. thanks
try downloading an another antivirus i suggest you download norton antivirus 2006 try defragmenting your drive from time to time but never enter any registry file you could just screw your computer. download firewall 2.06 from the microsoft site
I find that using utilities while in safe mode offers up better results when trying to delete unwanted virus/trojan etc.. A trojan service that is running while its trying to be removed could cause conflicts.
