this is like a spyware virus it collects all the information of the computer eg. passwords, credi card information, ban balance etc,. so this can be destructable to anyone using computer for his all basic needs so be carefull about zlob trojan virus. It is predicable by many anti virus but can’t be deleted because its reproduceable once it is open in the memory shield so therefore without formating yours computer you have got only one way to get rid of do as following:
ctrl+del+alt and end all the process you suspected (there must be 4 svhost.exe running in yours computer when its normal but now you can see more then 10 end this process and now open control panel and……………………………….… this the best answer and ask this question again then i thin ican help you)

Select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

Select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan and remove infections, then click on Preferences, click Repairs Tab and click on any of the System and Browser Repair Items that you may have problems with then click Perform Repair.

Internet Explorer has a built in pop-up blocker. Go to Tools>Popo-up-blocker>Pop-up blocker settings> Change filter level to high. Its at the end of the window.
